Intro

Synergy Games is a studio established by professionals with more than 15 years of experience in the video game industry. We have worked for companies such as Ubisoft, 2K Games, MercurySteam, Ilion Studios, Konami, Nintendo, Riot Games and Pyro Studios

We are developing Synergy Land, a multiplayer ARPG game.

Inspired by popular games, such as Diablo and Path Of Exile, the game aims to combine the best of these worlds where regular and hardcore players will enjoy the gameplay experience as well as an ecosystem for players who want to collect and trade, giving to the community true ownership of digital assets.

Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a key player in our growing gaming and Web3 ecosystem, you will play a crucial role in engaging and nurturing our community of passionate gamers and web3 enthusiasts., with a strong focus on Discord and Twitter.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, with a strong focus on Discord and Twitter, within the gaming and Web3 sectors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • In-depth knowledge of gaming culture, industry trends, and a good understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies.

  • Passionate about gaming, web3, and fostering vibrant online communities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle community-related challenges with empathy and diplomacy.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with social media management tools, Discord bots, and Twitter analytics is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture our Discord and Twitter communities, fostering positive interactions and building a strong sense of belonging.

  • Create engaging and relevant content to share across Discord and Twitter, including announcements, updates, and community-driven initiatives.

  • Respond promptly to community inquiries and feedback, providing exceptional support and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Organize and host community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and gaming sessions to foster interaction and excitement.

  • Collaborate with the team to align community initiatives with broader project goals and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor community sentiment and trends, providing valuable insights to the team to continually improve our community engagement strategies.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure community feedback is integrated into the game's development process.
